Description
Halifax's Town Clock on a snowy winter's day with seagulls circling in the sky while the snow falls.
Digital illustration I created using Photoshop CC 2021, ArtRage 6, my trusty Wacom Intuos 3 tablet & stylus and my homebuilt Windows 10 tower computer.
Source was a photograph I took several yeara ago of the town clock in my home of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
