Nope - no land sharks, but there are plenty of things in Australia that can kill you, I've heard.
Even those cute Emus are dangerous! Who knew? But I still think it's an amazing place and I would love to go there and hunt for opals (away from octopi and sea wasps and Large Marine Creatures).
