No doubt about it. Whatever she was hunting walked on two legs and wasn't in the Class Aves.
She looks like somebody you wouldn't want to mess with.
Not a girl you would care to meet on a dark road
It is incredibly moving to see people so close to you and yet lost in the annals of time. Great capture Sir!
a very interesting archive photo, made em tough and resourceful in those days
She looks most formidable and capable of standing up to anyone or anything. A strong willed frontier lady. Most wonderful historical photo.
Outstanding image !
Most wonderful historical photo.super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gorgeous historical photo.
Lady on a mission.
😳🙀😳
She would be a handful to handle for sure. This is a great historical capture. A museum should have this piece. A really fun view.
actually a museum does have it as my sister provided them with this photo and several others. Alvin, Texas Museum
She certainly looks like someone you don't want to upset. Great bit of history here.
Superb photo. She definitely looks like a true fighter, nothing less.
Hi Richard , Definitely a girl not to be underestimated !😁😁😁
this is your grandmother? or is it just a woman who raised your mom (but wasn't related)? Whoever it was, she was a formidable guard. She's wearing a military coat (as you point out), with double breasted front, and she looks all business. Love the shot. It's old, but the presence of this rock-of-gibraltar lady is unmistakable.
Looks a most formidable lady ,very interesting old photo 0
