I'm mesmerized by your black and white work..fine decayed and sooty detail in the wall. And I love how the boy is in deep shadow---and, in this image, he appears to be in garb from a previous century, almost renaissance. In any case, he is in shadow, as if hiding, or perhaps just seeking repose. This is like a side door in an old castle or church, and he's taking momentary refuge. Very suggestive once more. Beautiful work.
