Color Harmonies IV
While the dress and background are in harmony, the hair is complimentary to the background. This is a way to make the hair stand out more. Had I gone with the brown background and dress, it would have been very dichromatic (two color)

Very nice series !
I can see your point, I too often will have my dark/light hair models against a similar toned background and it does cause a washout effect. Unfortunately, my story line at the time may call for it... meh 😟, can't win 'em all.
