Denali (formerly known as Mount McKinley), is the highest mountain peak in North America, with a summit elevation of 20,310 feet (6,190 m) above sea level. Located in the Alaska Range, It is the third most prominent peak on Earth. Here on the northeast slope, the Traleika (l) and Muldrow (r) glaciers meet below Carpe Ridge.
