I would have thought you’d go for Guns and Roses. 😻
I will go for the vaccine if I feel sure I can also get the second dose in the recommended time frame ( this is getting iffy - not good). I want to feel safe.
Just a little word to tell you that I stopped by, but since there are no more mailings, I'm lost and it takes too much time and since 2 months I'm preparing a move and it's difficult for me, big hugs to Camille soon.
more album cover stuff...I do remember v. revolver, I don't remember much of their songs, but that's my problem, not theirs...man, you use black and red brilliantly here. The contrasts are dynamite. And that big rose---which could be hackneyed and trite, in some artists' hands---is suddenly explosive in your hands. The gun stands out like a blast of shape and light. And even the reds and blacks in the women's hair is perfectly suited to the image. With a huge stem on the ground (maybe it's connected to the rose on top?) These are such bold conceptions, they pop off the page like sunbursts. Terrific piece, Steve.
