Description
Another simple scene with an RAF P40 in morning mountains it would have never seen. A little light and texture tweaking, posing and that's about it. Still like it though - the P40 is a Poser asset but is quite versatile and works beautifully in DAZ with a little scaling.

I made a vector image of this plane from a photograph I took at the EAA airshow in Oshkosh, WI. Really fantastic art.
Thanks Burpee - I will do more with this asset and its companion 'short nose' in future. The P40 is a very unappreciated aircraft which gave the 109E fits in the Med and led to the accelerated development of the 109F. Its biggest weakness was lack of a high altitude supercharger, At low altitude the later P40N was was more maneuverable with better acceleration and climb rate than a P51. Squadrons in the far East didn't want to upgrade...
