Well, this Christmas has been NUTS! The logistics of gift swapping while respecting isolation has been a challenge. New and stronger lock down rules are going into force in the Toronto area this Saturday - Boxing Day. So its been a tighter race to get things done as we will not be able to do much in between Christmas and New Years - or for weeks to come. But I got over the finish line. Even my gift wrapping is complete. Something that I dread on Christmas Eve, don't ask me why. The tree looks complete at last. And, there was time for my traditional Christmas Eve chess match with Sunsirae (Sunsirae for V3 by Giana ❤❤❤❤❤❤). Yes, she won again but she's so very sweet about it. Simon is not so much congratulating her as asking for his tuna - chunky, not flaked. I think Santa can arrange that, he's been a good kitty. If a little loud. Sebastian would second that, if he were awake. For Squeak on the other hand, perhaps a little cheese - havarti, no herbs. A rather refined palette for a mouse I admit. As 2020 nears its end, I wish all my friends a safe, warm and loving holiday season with faith that better days are ahead for us and this world in the New Year. Time for some Bowie. Starting with 'Starman'. We'll be waiting for you. Cheers! Take care. May the coloured lights of hope vanquish the darkness.
