Description
Welcome to Villa L' La La and meet your new Property Manager 'Gus.' OK,maybe the place needs a little fixing up. Only a few electrical fires and plumbing mishaps have occurred. It's nothing a little 'Gorilla Tape' and 'Liquid Nails' can't fix. And at $87.00 / month rent, it's a steal !!!
Thanks to 'lwperkins' for turning me on to this absolute zany and fun 'Poser' add to my runtime. This fun project is based on "Convenient To Beach, Charming Mobile Home" by lwperkins. If you want to check out the beta version of the texture add-ons copy and paste the link below:

Note: (you need the Crazy Cat Lady Mobile Home by Meshbox for the set. To obtain the Crazy Cat Lady Mobile Home for Poser check out the Product Credit for the "Crazy Cat Lady Mobile Home for Poser." By Meshbox I have posted along with this render.
We are going to have some fun exploring the detailed mobile home of Crazy Cat Lady. It is a combination of cute and filthy - she just can't see how run down a place can get with over 50 cats!
I thank you for your wonderful views and comments. You folks really lift me up. Everyone, Be Well and Stay Safe...Dag

Grungy! I like this a lot, reminds me of something out of Farcry or GTA V. Super work my frined!
You've found witty inspiration for this new modelled building, and the scene you've set here points to the many skills of your talent in 2 or 3d graphics .Well done ! 👍😎
Wow !! First of all, I smiled while looking at the picture, then I laughed a lot while reading the text, excellent idea, I can't wait to see the rest
Id take it for the rent alone! You can't get a cardboard shipping box for that in Chicago! And the rental agent looks like a character--I bet he's seen some stuff :D WHAT FUN.
Welcome ? I'm not sure !!! But I'm sure it's a damn' good image.
Great scene! Excellent work!!!

Nicely detailed scene.
Very fun and campy scene. Is this the new government housing we all will soon have to move into when the government declares bankruptcy? Very sparkly scene! Well done!
That does look like it might need a bit of work. Nicely done!
