Description
This is an idea I've had in the back of my head for a while. Wanted to start creating some teenage villains for my teenage heroes. Lily is 16 and 6ft 5in tall. She's is human in spite of her demonic appearance. She wields magical energies in a variety of ways. Including energy blasts, hypnosis, and defensive wards. Lily spends her time studying the arcane and magical knowledge in the school library. Manipulative in nature most aren't aware of her dark nature. She claims "Just because I have these horns doesn't mean I'm evil."
