Alone time doesn't quite appeal to me like it once did.
I wanted to do something light and hopeful after all my dark images lately. While it's been cathartic for me, it may be bringing someone else down....so here's a young centauress in dappled light......

You know I really like your "dark" scenes--you've been quite reserved with your depictions--if I had created them, I probably would have had some individuals hanging by their necks :)

Render what you feel. That is an important part of your authenticity as an artist. This is a lovely scene.
If it speaks to what is within the soul, then it is right. You do not bring down the viewer - your work just resonates with something that is already there.
