ZLights All No Right Lights Only - This time I turned them all off except the 5 on the right. While, the effect is pretty much mirror image of the left-only lighting, without changing the pose to show the impact of the light coming from the opposite side.

So far all your lighting schemes are working and appearing great.
I should have been more specific about the part on the previous image's comment concerning translucency, possibly also the backscatter tone (darken and/or lower both may be needed). That is something one will need to tweek on the model if necessary, not with the lighting. As is the case with this character, she is fair skinned and has a thin nose width which allows stronger/brighter light to penetrate more. My apologies for not making that clear.
