Brynjar Skjold Paladin of The Triad Bravery, Perseverance, Honor And maybe mead… Born the runt of the litter, Brynjar was given to the temple by parents he cannot remember, leaving behind a family he never knew. At the temple, he soon became an acolyte, then an initiate paladin. As a runt, he grew to stand a mere 6’ 8” tall, a head shorter than his most of his siblings. Despite his meager size and abandonment, Brynjar grew (no pun intended) to be a jovial spirit with a strong desire to protect others, particularly the small, the young, and the weak. While not physically weak by his fellow paladins’ standards, he has developed a weakness, let’s call it a love, for mead. Large quantities of mead. Nonetheless, he takes his duties, mostly, seriously; and he would never allow his… love to endanger those under his protection. Now, on the eve of his swearing of his Oath as a Paladin of The Triad, Brynjar Skjold is ready, without hesitation, to dedicate his life to the ideals of bravery, perseverance, and honor, to his gods and to those under his protection.
