Right you are about mermaids. There is not much outside of the classics that can instruct you in posing a mermaid. Have you ever seen a dolphin do a head flip. They seem to do it just for fun as if they were a snow boarder. Maybe mermaids do that too
You just gave me an idea for another scene. The hair is going to be a challenge, but I'm going to give it a shot.
