I am doing a series of freebie poses based on an incredibly useful series released as freebies by Musketeer for Victoria 3, which are now no-longer available. I have been applying the poses to Glamorous Vickie 3 (GV3), and using her as a reference for generating the pose for G8F. Anyway, this time I had finished one pose and was moving on to the next. The usual procedure I adopt is to apply the new pose to GV3 and then make the G8F character look roughly like the reference, and modify areas if model differences make the old pose not really work with the new figure (happens a surprising amount). Trouble is I got distracted and selected G8F not GV3 and applied the Victoria 3 pose to her. Given that V3 has some bones that G8F doesn't (R/L Buttock) and doesn't have a lot that G8F does (Pelvis, Upper Abdomen, Upper Chest, upper neck, whole face rig, pectorals, upper arm twist, metatarsals in foot & hands etc), things didn't go well! I applied the pose to GV3 to show how G8F should have looked like.... At least G8F's left fingers appear to have something like the correct pose, even if the hand is appearing from an unexpected part of her chest. Rather shows why I am re-working all Musketeer's old poses from scratch rather than trying to apply the pose to G8F and trying to fix hundreds of problems!. #Victoria3 #GV3
