Thank you for all the kind comments you leave about my precedent models.
You know that most of the time I create 3D models which are not available on the web, or if they are, I find them either too much expensive or badly modeled.
"Black Lives matter"!
I found that an example of the African Popular Art could be a good thing and to be honest, I am a bit ashamed of my Doge Charger "General Lee"...Not the car itself, but the flag on the roof!
Maybe will this new model bring the people on RR a lot of ideas, using colored people which are a bit rare in the renders.
The Renault Super Goelette SG2 were vans from the small commercial vehicle range (GVW of 3.3 tonnes and 3.5 tonnes) manufactured by Saviem and marketed by Renault from 1965 to 1970, then from 1971 to 1980 by Saviem and finally by Renault Véhicules Industriels (RVI) between 1980 and 1982.
The yellow/orange/blue "CARS RAPIDES" are old scrapped Renault/Saviem vans imported in Senegal after a long use in France.
They were modified for carrying around 20 passengers...inside. Sometimes far more with people on the roof-rack and the back-step!
With a lot of paintings, religious texts like "ALHAMDOULLILAHI" ! (Thank Goodness!) and various symbolic decorations, the "CARS RAPIDES" ( fast coaches ) are fully integrated in the Senegalese landscapes and a part of the "spirit" of the cities there..
Due to the high density of the traffic, the poor mechanical condition of these coaches (!), and sometimes the excessive speed of the drivers, their nickname is « S'en fout la mort » (Don't mind the death), sometimes painted on the body of the coach.
They are also called « mille-kilos » ou « 22-places ». They are used for urban commuting or intercity transportation.
The authorities of Senegal seem eager to progressively cancel these dangerous coaches.
A very beautiful model of this popular art can be seen at the Musée de l'Homme in Paris.

Toute l'Afrique, ou du moins ce que l'on en montre souvent, résumé dans ce véhicule qui, souvent n'a rien d'un bolide...il vaut meiux d'ailleurs vu le nombre de passagers...Avec cette image de haut niveau, non seulement on se réjouit l'oeil mais on se cultive aussi ! Je ne vais surtout pas employer cette expression qui me fiche en rogne : "que du bonheur" ! Quoique...

very colorful that reminds me of jeepneys in the Philippines. If I had a runtime set up, I use African characters. just too many hands in the fire and interruptions. maybe if I get some free time, I will start it. I want to use all the cars that I have from your collection and other vendors as well. PS: where I stayed in a Province the jeepneys would come through flying around 3 AM with very loud exhaust on the highway in front of the home I stayed in. I road in several also
