Just a quickie as I work on the next T.N.A. page and about a gazillion other things..
Here's Abby looking sweet and ready for action. Her Hummer is actually a 3ds file I had moldering away in my files. I have a ton of other stuff like this, and also all of Darkglass's most excellent freebies - which you'll be seeing soon.
In the meantime, I have a TON of stuff going on.. Which leads me to a favor I'd like to ask..... If you have the time, stop by my Blog and have a read of my latest post. You'll see a link below.
A quick update on Mike (Faemike55) he's doing a little better, but still dealing with a lot of pain. So keep him in your thoughts and prayers. He's wanting to get back into posting and commenting, once he's feeling a lot better.
For myself, I'll be (once again) working on getting caught up with everyone over the next day or so.
Abby was created by my friend John, AKA Grey_cat. He's recently posted a ton of outstanding reference material for those of us who create comics or stories. He's put a lot of work into these, so be sure to check 'em out!

I have a few vehicles I paid for that have no interiors. Angle is everything with those.

Really looks great Rod. The lighting and reflection are awesome. Abby looks so sweet and dangerous! The background is outstanding, fine job!
She is such a cute character. The blue and red lighting is also very impressive. You do fine art and I look forward to seeing many more.
terrific light and mood for a noir scene. A real back-corner urban setting (with "sociedad latina" in the background, so we wonder if Abby isn't Latina, or at least works in Latin American neighborhoods). I love the feel of the piece. And Abby is consummately done, as always, and stands with real authority (and a slight smile, which is cool), and in shadow lit by mild light incl some of that police red...your usual panache with outfit, belt, top, shoes, etc; .and her gun is in line with one of the metal supports on the roof---you may say that wasn't intentional (maybe it was), but it's the kind of thing sensitive artists do as second-nature, and it's a really sweet little touch. The lights on the hummer cast a beautiful nighttime glow on the window and chrome, and the purple cast of the hummer is also perfect for a night scene. Abby is the commanding presence, there's no doubt; but the whole picture is doused in a dark noir feeling, like something's about to unfold in a few minutes. Masterfully done. (And I definitely got your original letter as well as sitemail...I replied to both; I don't know what went wrong with the first effort though. But I got everything, and thanks so much for your replies, Rod. I hope things get easier---it's about time!)

'Wow'!!!! This is a totally awesome scene, Rod!!! That's the coolest lookin' 'Hummer' that I've ever seen.....I wish I had one!!! 'lol'! Abby looks fearless.....she looks like she's anxiously waiting for the fight of her life!! I kinda feel sorry for whoever, or whatever, comes her way......she be a mean, lean, little fighting machine......'kudos' for Abby!!! 'lol'!!
