Description
An image to celebrate summer solstice.
In France we have a special way to celebrate it since 1982 : peoples play music in the street. The idea is from the American artist Joel Cohen who worked in France for the broadcast channel France Musique in 1976. It inspired the French Minister Jack Lang in 1982 who made it a popular festival.
Nowadays this festival is celebrated all around the world in 120 countries.
Some like it very much as it is a way to discover new artists, some think it is a useless noisy celebration (especially if you have to wake up early the day after !)

Ça me rappellerait presque Johnny chantant "ma guitare"...mais tu n'as pas dû connaître, tu es trop jeune...une bien belle photo pour une fêtre de la musique qui va être réduite à sa plus simple expression, j'en ai peur !

Ce genre de célébration semble compatible avec la distanciation sociale, à cause de la Covid-19. Là, où je suis, les grands festivals sont annulés pour l'été; par contre, les petites célébrations de moins de 50 personnes y sont permises.
C'est une affiche très efficace pour annoncer un tel événement!

Encore une photo originale et qui tombe à point nommé pour cette fête dont tu sembles connaître toutes les arcanes! (je connaissais la deuxième partie de l'explication de l'origine de la fête de la musique, mais pas la première !) . Cette photo est le type même de ce que recherchent beaucoup de photographes, la déclinaison d'un même objet vu sous des couleurs et des angles différents, j'aime beaucoup, bravo La Souris ! En passant, grâce au confinement, j'ai retrouvé également ma bonne vieille guitare, et depuis, j'en fais un peu plus régulièrement !
