Oh how I can relate to that question! I think it is hard wired into every relationship! LOL! I remember hearing it from my Dad and Mom as well! Such universal truths that can't be denied! Excellent art work! Fantastic creation!
LOL... My wife and I were watching a TV show and the wife in the show asked if the dress made her look fat. I looked at my wife and thanked her for never putting me on the spot like that. As soon as I did, I thought, OOPS! But, she smiled and said, "Nah, women who set their husbands up like that are stupid."
Whew! Dodged that bullet.
