Note: I am playing the mad scientist. Jianyu told Mera that he got a very good price for this apartment, because of its age and because there are cockroaches. Otherwise, the water and the electricity systems are in perfect condition. He only needs to buy furniture and electrical appliances. Mera was shocked by the presence of cockroaches, otherwise she likes that apartment.
