How ever I think it looks odd, if she's walking on her tip toes in those "heavy" boots without heels.
I believe it has to do with what body part you move. Move the hips and all is distorted, move the Figure (Top most node) it should normally work fine (that's my experience).
yeah I got sick of tweaking these I noticed many bad poses here
