Description
Blue Light Back Light - a little play on words.
This time I turned on one of the X lights in the back and used DoF on the camera to blur the background.
in hindsight, I wish I would have added more light behind my subject because her arms disappear in to the black of the background. They need some "separation". Separation results from cross-, or back-lighting the subject so a slight reflection of light outlines the shape.
I don't mind sharing my mistakes (I consider this image a mistake) so I can illustrate what NOT to do. Again, this image needs separation between the subject and the background.
I will re-work it without changing the pose or camera angle and post it when it is done.
