Description
Spring has always meant warmer weather, no more ice, no coats, green trees, and flowers. Since marrying a farmer it has also meant a lot of work. The crops need to get in the ground while it's still dry, before the next rain comes. There are long hours and late nights and dinners eaten cold, long after everyone else is done and possibly gone to bed.

Amazing !!
I know well the demands and lonely times of farming. I was born and raised on a farm and spent many years trying to eek out a living. My Mother, God rest her soul, had many frustrating times preparing a meal for us guys and not have us show up while it was still fresh. Always a few more chores that needed tending. Gotta get that machine back together so more field work can be done. Oh, did Mother say dinner was ready? and so on and so forth. Well, it was a nice life, but I would not go back to it. A most excellent image here! Many fine kudos!
