Description
I haven't posted any CG work in a while...
This model is not properly textured, this is just a test for the left side langing gear and clamshell door (which have retracted). The prop is spinning at 98% accurate speed (I had to round .4 of 1 revolution per minute upwards). The blur is from a dithered motion blur at a short speed with high antialias.

eeehkk He's lost one of his wheels dude, he's gonna crash and burn when he lands ;) J/K .. this is good work!! keep it up! :) peace //Benny.
Looks great! How did you get that motion blur? is a 3rd party plug-in or just the default LW mb? ;-) Great work!!
lol hehe i like BM's comment hehe lol great looking pic cool
Suprisingly enough, the blur is all Lightwave 6.5. The props are spinning several times a frame! With a low blur (dithered) and high antialias, it worked perfect for the result you see. Just luck I guess! (I opted not to go with Vector blur as most results I've gotten are really bad). Nice joke btw BM. Just to explain further though, the left side gear has fully retracted in this frame and the clamshell door has closed hiding the tire. Once I got the left side done, I just flipped the numbers and did it to the right side. I'm having a few problems with the size of the landing gear being bigger than the landing gear wells in the wing. As I work on it and my B-17, I'll post renders.
