She is kinda trippy looking, with the blank expression and the hair, I like it!

I like that the shaman is the creature---its dragon-like face is actually quite peaceful, and it entreats that woman in a gentle, secretive way. The woman (I assume that's a female of some kind) is listening with a look of attentive absorption---her eyes are illumined with red, and those half-closed lids suggests an inward-pointed state of mind. The stones are huge and primal, and your deep greens and olive greens feel very restful and primal. Another beautiful evocation of your description and title...

Very interesting scene, and colorful. Very interesting is the loops / rings - as earings, on the horns, and neck. Really nice work putting it all together :)
