Taking into consideration the measures implemented by the American, Italian, Chinese, French, Canadian, and British governments; there's no need to tell us not to panic. The public seems quite level-headed, buying sanitizer and face masks and exercising caution. It's the "leaders" at the top seem utterly lost as to what is best to do.
