Chasing after all those aliens, you gotta do something or you're never gonna catch them all.
unfortunately I'm only back for a handful, yet again (I just can't seem to get a foothold on things just yet), but I'll get to all your uploads in the coming few weeks. You've done such mysterious and deep scenes and characters, I'm just amazed at the creativity and depth of your pieces...they're not huge images (physically), but they have a huge feeling. I love this. You have whole novels in you...I love how this recharging beast is so peaceful, yet looks resigned----he's hooked up to a wall, so what choice does he have---and also like he's lost in thought while waiting. There's sadness about it, and yet just plain 'waiting'. (the blankness we feel while waiting.) And his/her silvery dark blue sands out from the bright silvers, yellows and oranges around him. And the light behind him is quite bright, making him seem all the more pensive and withdrawn. Really penetrating art, Barb. And one wonders what that pail has in it...his food, belongings? Or maybe it's unrelated...A scene from a very complex film or novel...
