Just because you're a vampire doesn't mean you can't be Queen of the Road. Kinda just threw this together to keep my skills sharp. Usually I'd put a bunch of work into posing, but this time the pose from STZ's Queen of the Road worked out rather nicely, letting me put more focus on the lighting aspects. I'd love to explore this character further. I started out wanting to do something of a genderbent bit of fan art for Nightwalker: Midnight Detective. But then I'm rather terrible at sticking to something like that, inevitably coming up with my own characters. Who knows, maybe she knows Shido. Maybe she's his counterpart. *shrugs* Not quite sure if she pulls off the whole noir detective vibe, but I'm sure she's got her own way of dealing with punks and nightbreeds. Decided to do this as a 16:9 for use as a desktop background. Enjoy! Using my favorite model, Rochelle, and giving her a wicked creature-of-the-night persona. Even after all this time, I'm still in love. She's beauty, she's grace, she'll punch ya in the face! I could also see this is being a good character base for Vampire: The Masquerade.
