OK, here's how I did it. The background is Eki's Plugpak 2.0 (one of the presets). Planet sphere's and the that other...thing, was made with Xfrog 3.5. The sun is just a simple pointlight with lensflares (ambient lights down to 2%). Camera was set to zoom factor 0.862 (moved in very close) and X-dof was set to Fstop 0.5 and scale in front 66.5%, Scale behind 165.5% and COC correction 48,5%. All the main work was to make the planets, baut what I've seen in your gallery -- you shouldn't have any problem with that. Corelius procedural clouds, Gradient atmosphere and spec, colour and bumpbamps freely available... So really I didn't actually do that much!
