Description

We are at the secretary's office at the City Hall. I came as a witness for both and as a photographer for that happy event. The meeting with the mayor's secretary was only a formality : no ceremony. She just needs to see us physically, to get our signatures and the photo of our faces. She wants to hear from Jianyu, then from Mera, if each one agrees to marry the other, after she has read to us the main Chinese government regulations about married couples. I signed for Mera, since she has no hands, and she is not yet able to write well with her foot. Jianyu will help her, later, for improving that skill.
