This is very interesting. Each of the elements (lion, vortex, space scene) is very cleanly executed, but they do not fit together convincingly. They have color palates that clash sharply, and the edges are too sharp. Also the lighting on the lion is coming from the upper right, while in the image we have a clearly visible light source in the left side, which has no effect.
Major props on each individual piece. The lion in particular looks very real, and I can tell an enormous amount of time went into drawing it.
