Description
Ar bought a nice '58 Impala which she's fully restored (and don't ask me when she had time to do that in between adventures... This girl has talent!). She and the other T.N.A. Girls are taking a short break between chapters, so she, Kinnie, G4, and Ella decided to take a few days and see the sights. I have no idea what they are listening to, but it must be good (I can tell you for a fact it ain't that rap garbage..).
In the meantime - while they're having fun - I'm slaving away over a hot keyboard, digging through all kinds of props, obj files, 3ds files, checking out tutorials for things like the new Photoshop features, and getting ready to bend my mind (what's left of it) with Blender..
I picked up that '58 Impala from Rpublishing a week or so ago. I decided to give it a blue paint job (Ar loves blue) using Bagginsbill's car paint shaders. The background photo is from our trip to Washington back in September.

Love this image! They look like they're having a great time, and the car looks smashing. Great job with the blue and cream tones. Kinnie and G4's hair are both beautiful contrasts with the hues around them. And you have a motion-blurred fall background (from your trip) Great to see them relaxing. (You think they know they're "between chapters"? Do they discuss that? "He hasn't finished the next chapter, so let's get the hell outa here and cruise!") You sure have gotten us curious, both here and in your video...and I love that you plan to do a lot of backstory too. Did you think this would become so huge when you first started the series? Isn't it amazing where creativity can take us?
Yeah, I had nooooo idea I'd still be hacking away at this after 10 years..... 10 years! Hell, it "only" took Tolkien 14 years to write Lord of the Rings... 😜😆
