For the life of me, I just cannot wrap my mind around someone who voluntarily joins a community of creative artists and who is offended (offended!!!) by nudity. If it does, why not simply stop visiting the site instead of forcing the rest of us to accommodate your prudishness. And is Renderosity so desperate for members that they are willing to twist themselves into absurd principles?

Sure, there will always be those who cross the line from tasteful into vulgarity but I am sure the other adults here simply, like me, browse past their work - no views, no likes, no ratings. We are fully capable of policing ourselves. Renderosity's priority should be to defend its members not its oddballs. Unfortunately, they have allowed political correctness to intimidate them into cowardice. End of rant. Sorry, RRun. :-)

...and I don't even mind the tag, if the figure indeed is not clothed (and admittantly, a lot of my renders need a nudity tag - and get one.). It is the over-reaction to not only my, but other renders lately, that irks me.

And if I wanted to be PC just for the sake of this, an **uncovered **male nipple is not to be tagged?? Isn't that sexist? Blergh.

Amen to what RTesian wrote... no wait... not getting religious here. Just a high five to all the defenders of art (and nudity that sometimes comes along with it, or would you consider i.e. greek statues as non-art?).

It's a funny render, because the humor comes from a very real place. Being able to laugh at a situation is as good as finding the silver lining in a dark cloud.

Lol, RRun... there was a pretty decent debate over some gallery in England with a pre raphaelite painting of young nymphs, caused a bit of a cafuffle. A lot of pulicity for the gallery too. But the point is valid about art and censorship. Great image, and the humour is fine :)
