The town is so cramped and tight, in comparison to that huge wall of rock and trees in the background...lovely contrast. And I love the shadow against the facades, contrasted with that bleached sunlight. A real eye-fest of a shot...love the crammed storefronts. Just as I remember the west from when I was a child...
That's a busy town. The background mountain is huge!
