The sub looks nice. You should add a bit of water displacement where the sub and water edge meet. Here it looks too flat and straight.
Very nice work!! I especially like the attention to the poses of the crew. I agree that a bit of water displacement would be a great addition, but even without it, you have done an excellent job on this one!
