love that both trucks are in motion---but not so much that we can't clearly see what they are. And they're both passing the same place ("Plotkin"---great name!). I assume these two are part of the same emergency. As in all such shots from you, you give us a generous amount of street, to balance off the shot, and give it air. Finely composed, and I love the partial blur. Real urban street captures...
