Okay, general. What do you intend to do with this planet?
There is quite a lot of raw potential for our needs. I'm thinking of all the
material that can be exploited. Also, from our observations, there are billions
of potential slaves. We can start by harvesting vast numbers from these puny
humans war zones. All those unaccounted refugees will never be missed by their
opressors until there are none left for them to fight over.
I'm sure they will be grateful to be treated with more respect by our race than by
their own. Won't those idiot criminal warriors be dumbfounded when they think they
can start another war and there are no more soldiers for them to send into battle
for cannon fodder?
Yes! Sounds like a win win situation for us. We harvest all the refugees in all the
various places of this planet. Once we've taken a few billion, they may start to
take notice and wonder what is going on. (chuckle chuckle)

Good looking guys, but I wonder what they REALLY look like. At least their uniforms put anything designed by Starfleet to shame.
They seem to be of similar ilk to the reptilian Visitors of "V." Those guys were going to store humans in their saucers for food.
