Great looking character and skin tone is spot on, really superb render my only critique's at this resolution would expect her eyes to be crystal clear, and the diamonds is not refracting light like they should. Diamonds are like a prism you really should see a rainbow type effect when it interacts with light, this will only be achieved if you have dispersion with out it you will get no internal reflection!
