Notes: I don’t consider this artwork a spoiler since it is basically a scene from the first chapter (I call spoilers for anything that hints at what takes place after Chapter 1). Here we see Shelby Bly and Joel Rio meeting for the first time in Robert Bly‘s office at the American Museum of Civilization. When Shelby goes to her father’s office to find his Field Journal, she is surprised by the fact that someone is already inside. That’s when she meets her father’s assistant, Joel Rio, who must quickly explain what he’s doing there. She isn’t too sure about him at first but he will soon win her over and offer her his help in finding the Vril so that she can save her father from GEEVA.
