Description
The effect I was after was accomplished, but after I did the image I was less than enthusiastic. The only thing that saved this image was GRFX Pro and all the neat things you can do to images, oh and Photoshop, of course. I wanted the thief to be less visible, but realized that due to the lighting (night time), the red things on her didn't show up, so the title would not be related to the image. So, I put a mesh spotlight on her then in Photoshop I dodged her suit so the red would pop out. That was quite an exercise using my Wacom tablet.
