a similar situation took place many years ago when a smart mouth tenant insisted on going up to the attic. I stayed out of the way while one of the men working for me went up behind her. later he mentioned it and i told him he was dang lucky to not have went blind. I did not want to see her at all, but the house ($4500.00 monthly rent) was my responsibility along with 11 other mansions. I was happy when they moved away
