Description

Spring 1994. Relatively new CTA 3200-Series rail cars. In the old days the route name (Ravenswood) was displayed on the cars. Now it's the destination that's displayed (Kimball for outbound, Loop for inbound as an example). Also back then you referred to the name of the route (e.g. Ravenswood, Howard-95th, Lake-Englewood-Jackson Park). Now it's just the color (Brown, Green, or Red Lines).

Cool shot of the train cars, Wes. Sounds like it's been through a lot of changes over the years..
