Description
I know it's been a while since I started posting the storyline I had been working on; and then some time longer since I posted a random image. I've recently purchased a new pc as my last was maxed out and outdated, and now the work is on to prep/upgrade this new one to house all the files I have purchased over the years of rendering.
I've had it several weeks and have made several renders, and wow, it's amazing to see the difference in speed and quality of renders with only upgrading one generation of graphics cards.
This is a rather simple one I created the other day to see how much more of a difference I might see rendering and after almost a month, I'm still happy with the results I've been seeing.
The down side of a new pc is that all the characters I've created for the storyline I started have not been able to be transferred over to the new pc for some reason; and I'm just not that adept to figure out why, so I've been assembling new characters inline with the originals and recreating the environments I used as well in the story. I hope to pick up on that soon, and complete the story, so if nothing else, I can say I finished one.
Thanks for viewing, as always.

Lovely!
Gorgeous lady in a wonderful setting. If she keeps giving me that look I am going to melt.
Stunning image!
Good luck with the migration project! Always enjoyed your work but I especially like this character. Hope she becomes a regular in your postings.
Very nice character render!
Lovely. It is definitely good to have a modern powerful PC to render. Makes a whole lot of difference.
Gorgeous character! No upgrade ever goes smoothly. Hopefully someone will be able to figure out why the old files won't transfer and save you a lot of time.
What a wonderful work my friend !!!
I got a program, either from Daz, or from here called Content Package Assist. Maybe that will help transferring characters? I'm a bit embarrased to say I've never actually cracked the program until now.
And I definitely need to upgrade my potato. I'm rendering on an old 780ti.
Wow. That is quite old. I migrated from a GTX965M to this GTX1070 just a year ago(as the new RTX cards were coming out). An amazing improvement. What didn't finish rending in two hours, now often completes in 15 minutes or less.
