Description
Another Water witch. She can't do water shapes, just jets of water that strike as an Impact attack, like a water cannon. She can also walk on water and make it rain anything from a light sprinkle to a intense down pour. The effect is localized to within a set distance from her based on her level aka the higher her level the larger the radius.

Nice. If will be more interesting if you made a shape with water to show her powers. You can use any object and then just apply the water texture / material on it.
