Beautiful scene and character.
a very opulent room, very European, with a divan that matches Narelle's outfit. (Well, Narelle's clothing is a brighter purple than the purple of the couch; but it's in the same color-family. Narelle's slippers also have purple trim...) You have your usual nuanced lighting, and you have purple in many places...so the cat---in stark white (with light salmon-colored areas)---really stands out. Narelle looks quite happy too. A very classy image; and you used your room setting very well: It's big; but, with the couch, it feels very intimate.
Beautiful work!
