Nice character study. You definitely get a sense of his attitude and the seriousness of what he's doing (patrolling or getting ready for a fight?). The mist is also a nice effect and elevates this into something special. Love the low POV, btw. One thought, though. Although his pose is very natural, in terms of illustration it would be more effective if his wrist were turned a bit so we get a better look at his hand gun. As it is, with the top being straight toward the camera, it looks like a long metal stick or bar. Having a more defined view of the gun would "sell" the story a little faster. Just a thought.
