Description
Here are some extra pictures i took during my visit of the 'army museum' in Brussels.
This is a driving Minerva armored car used by the Belgian army during WWI. This vehicle represents the vehicles used by a unit who was created and sent to fight the Germans and their allies on the Russian front. It's quite an interesting very unknown story. For the American you can probably find some news paper stories about them. Short history: They departed from Le Havre to Murmansk, with great difficulties they got to the front and after some combat they where in a revolution. They had to traverse the hole of Russia to Vladivostok where they ended up. There they got passage on American ships who transported them to the States. By the end of 1919 they where back.

outstanding capture. these today would not stop anything with modern armor piercing bullets
What a captivating story! Maybe a writer would be able to find the grandchildren of the soldiers who went through this insane adventure and publish many stories from them, but at this current time, it seems that historical facts is not a popular subject. Very interesting photo and narrative!
Interesting story. I can't imagine driving in that thing. cool shot
