Description
Christmas Eve services at the Catholic St. Peter and Paul church in Oberammergau. This is a normal routine and my grandnephew played trombone and my grandniece played violin during the services. At the same time my cousin Gundi sang in the choir of the Kloster Ettal.

Beautiful church and good photo. A pity that the suspended light produces that large hot spot in the photo, but without its light, no good photo. Thanks for posting this. I didn't realize the church was in Baroque style. Keep up the good work! :-)

That large light hot spot could be interpreted to be the glory of the Lord shining down on the people. Better that assumption than a glaring mistake.

I passed this church two years ago, in the Summer, as I was coming from France to take a rest in Oberammergau and start my Bavarian 'tour' !
