Great capture I had always related eagles with mountains and forests, it is wonderful to see them in an urban environment. Here we do not have eagles among our birds.

Thanks for the comments all. Iona beach is a wonderful birding spot, especially for eagles. The water is shallow and there lots of fish. Mountains are nearby Netot, just behind the shot :) A bonus is the airport is just a kilometer or so away, with the right setup you can get great plane shots.
